Read it? Okay good - I'd like to throw in my last words as well.

I'm not really sure what should be said like this? Leaving GG-guys is very sudden for me. I had put all my chips into this venture. If you know me at all you know I come from a long line of starting (and stopping) comics. The fact that gg-guys is now just another empty soda can thrown in the large pile of failed projects saddens me a little.

But while one door closes - new doors open. Not just for Dave, but myself. We'll still be around - of course.

So, why not just find another artist? Or, simply draw it myself? Well, first of all, the characters are based on real people. And, I thought it would be really...odd- to have someone else draw the comic and have to change out main characters. Not to mention the dramatic change in drawing style. Which is exactly why I don't think I should draw it. My style is very different and no where near as refined as Dave's.

That being said - you can still follow Dave on Dave's DA page or his twitter.

And, I still want to do a gamer comic. I still have ideas - which is why I'm starting a comic, done by me and only me staring everyone's favorite blue hedgehog - Sonic. Yes, ha ha ha ha. Laugh it up. Done now? Excellent. It's called Score Time Rings" - it only has one issue right now and is a bit crude..but it still has my writing style. So, you can follow that - or my twitter for any shenanigans and happenings there.

Like Dave said, I've still got the gg-guys books for sale. There's only a handful left - so get your's now while we still got some.

So, now that it's come to an end, I want to say I appreciate every one of you that came along and stuck with us. I wanted to give the world a gamer comic that had a quick / constant update schedule with quality comics. I would like to think that it succeeded for the most part. I hope you'll stick with us as we go our own ways. And, yeah, like Dave said - we could still work on projects together! I've got a video series I'm working on where he voices 2 of the characters.

A Final Word...

Hey guys,

Probably wondering why there isn’t a comic today. Well, after a lot of thought, I’ve decided to end GG-guys.

With increasing work pressure and the desire to work towards a higher calling (ie ,eventually laying on a bed of hawt women), it’s time to close down this little fun adventure.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working on it; Psy is one of the funniest guys I know and it’s been awesome making each of these comics. Not to mention I got to draw a lot of video game and media characters that had never crossed my creative path before. And I’m very thankful for everyone who took the time out of their daily lives to view these humorous pieces. I hope you got a kick out of them as much as I did.

Special thanks to everyone who bought a comic (for the short time they were sold) and bought T-shirts, your support is well appreciated.

So what happens next? Is this the end of Dave, Psy and Amber? Is Dave going far far away?

Not really.

This is the end of GG-guys the comic, but I’m sticking around. Perhaps with time, we’ll see those crazy GG-guys again in another form. I’ve talked to Psy that I’d like to work on other projects down the track, so the sky is the limit. I certainly can’t resist the temptation of drawing Amber (because of her big....personality...yea, that’s it), so who knows.

And we still have GG-guys books for sale. Only 50 of these puppies left, so get in fast.

I constantly update my deviantArt page with projects I’m working on, and doodles that come up. Don’t be surprised if the GG-guys pop up from time to time.

Feel free to annoy me on Twitter too; I tend to have odd musings about plot holes in movies and how I can use trend topics as a coherent sentence.
